REACHING A WIDER AUDIENCE
Last November I translated Black Suede Jacket on my PC/Google Docs to Spanish. Being English/Spanish bilingual, I thought I might as well translate my first story to Spanish to hopefully reach a wider audience.
This year, I posted an advertisement on Craigslist, looking for a French translator so that I might release my story in another language besides Spanish and English. At the same time, I've been translating the story to Chinese and Vietnamese.
Months ago, I got back to translating my second story, Two Drinks At A Night's Waltz to Spanish. It's been tedious translating some sentences because it's 38 pages. Plus I have #ADHD, which sometimes causes me to focus on first editing one sentence and then another... I will go off on a temporary tangent at times, but eventually finish the job. Good thing I've saved the cover.
Thanks to Adderall
Today I thought of e-mailing the Spanish draft to a translating company in Canada ...
